The Components
Robert uses the following components to facilitate a systemic approach for our collaborations.

COMMUNICATION
Clear communication is important at every level of an organization. We will focus on:

COMMUNITY
A collaborative community doesn't just happen. We need tools and methods that develop the potential of our community. We'll support our growth through:

  • regular thoughtful exercises
  • working in a variety of groups
  • learning from modeling

STRATEGIES
The strategies we use will support the programs currently in place. The goal is to develop a common culture that builds a relationship between the different programs.

ENVIRONMENT
We will look with a thoughtful eye on our working environment and how we make use of it. We will use a variety of strategies to expand on successes and implement ideas that support a refined learning environment:

  • knowing + sharing our environment strengths
  • designing our space
  • maximizing existing conditions

REFLECTION
Brain research shows regular reflection is essential to learning. We will use several tools to stimulate and enhance active reflection.

Robert's collaborations are built on a foundation of core values. The above components of our working process are grounded in these core values.
