Sitting in Indianapolis, Indiana thinking about the amazing trip I took this month. I flew to Japan where I spent time on the south island in a rural village, trained to Hiroshima where I visited the Peace Monument and then went to Tokyo where I truly learned about tempura. The Peace Monument was very emotional - brought back memories of living in the Marshall Islands where nuclear testing took place in the 50's - making one wonder the wisdom of humanity. Idea Book Idea
